Leda is a recovering banker, lapsed academic, team builder, venture builder, tech geek, speaker, advisor and all-weather optimist.

Leda serves on a number of Boards and has served as Chief Executive Officer of 11:FS Foundry, a cloud-native core banking platform; Chief Innovation Officer at QNB, the largest bank in the Middle East and Africa; and as EMEA innovation lead, and process re-engineering lead across a variety of departments at BNY Mellon, the largest custody bank in the world.

Leda has also worked as a consultant and advisor with a variety of banks and FIs of all sizes across several markets.Leda is a regular speaker on tech delivery and digital transformation. #LedaWrites for Fintech Futures every Thursday.

Colin has over 25 years of security and risk related experience. He has appeared in Channel 4’s SAS: Who Dares Wins and Channel 5’s Secrets of the SAS.Maclachlan joined the army in 1989 and following 9 years in the Royal Scots he passed SAS selection first time.

Only a handful of men have been involved in hostage negotiations, hostage rescue and been a hostage themselves and Colin is one of them.

It was a mission so dangerous they nicknamed it Operation Certain Death – its real name was Operation Barras. Four years later, Colin found himself on the other side of a rescue mission after he was taken hostage in Basra. Blindfolded, battered and stripped naked, he felt a gun pressed to his head and heard them pull the trigger, as his captors held mock executions. Colin only survived long enough for British troops to rescue him because the terrorists wanted to film his suffering in a propaganda video before they executed him.

Colin left the SAS shortly after completing an exchange programme with both Delta Force and Seal Team 6.<br
>He has since provided security consultancy for the Saudi Royal Family, Celebrities and US Media Networks. Colin has a First Class MA (Hons.) in History from Edinburgh University and an M.Litt in Terrorism from St. Andrews University.

Gordon co-founded AutoRek in 1994 and has served as Managing Director since 1998. Gordon has guided the company from its early days as a bespoke software development services provider through to its current position as a leading provider of enterprise financial controls and reconciliation solutions to the global financial service sector.

Kemal joined AutoRek (then known as API Software Limited) in 2003 and became Head of Product Development at AutoRek in 2008. He has overseen the development of AutoRek from a simple windows application, first to an n-tier web-based platform, and now into the cloud with a full SaaS offering.

Before joining AutoRek, he was MIS Manager in TelesensKSCL, developing web-based Management Information Systems for the company. Having started programming more than 35 years ago, Kemal has lost none of his enthusiasm for development, and continues to write software whenever he gets the chance.

Mona joined AutoRek in 2018 as a Key Account Manager. Following significant growth in our customer base and a review of our current customer management process Mona was then tasked with creating and leading the Customer Success Team. The CSM team’s priority is to ensure each of our valued clients have a dedicated point of contact and a great experience using AutoRek.

Mona has a strong background of working in Client Relationship roles, with over 10 years experience in Financial Services and Compliance & Risk.

Lyn joined AutoRek in 2011 after achieving a Bachelor of Arts Honours Marketing Degree from the University of Strathclyde. Lyn has an excellent knowledge of the functions across the company, AutoRek’s propositions, target audience and the Financial Services sector as a whole.

Lyn has been Head of Marketing at AutoRek for the last three years and is currently responsible for the development, implementation and analysis of the marketing strategy in line with the company objectives.

At AutoRek, Kieran is a Senior CASS Consultant working within the Business Consulting area. His remit covers Sales and Marketing, particularly leading software demonstrations, producing whitepaper content and presenting at Industry Conferences. Kieran has supported, and continues to support, numerous client implementations at the delivery phase, especially clients who have Client Money and Asset obligations.

Kieran works closely with both the Customer Success and Product Development function at AutoRek to collate the key client challenges, identify the associated regulatory requirements and by collaborating with the Product Development function, ensure constant improvement to the AutoRek application.

Steve joined AutoRek in 2015 as a Senior Consultant and then led the Banking team. As of 2020, Steve joined the Senior Management team where he now heads up the Delivery function at AutoRek and is responsible for leading the Professional Services and Cloud Ops and Business Consulting elements of the business.

Steve provides a strong technical background with over 15 years’ experience in data orientated roles across Finance, Healthcare and Transport sectors.

Roi joined AutoRek’s Application Support team in 2016 and has now recently moved roles to be a Senior Platform engineer on the Cloud Ops team, showing his and AutoRek’s push to have a leading SaaS offering.

Before this, Roi had been a Tier 2 Oracle AM&R Engineer. He came to Scotland in 2014 from the not-so-sunny North West of Spain, where he had accumulated over 10 years of support experience on the public and private sectors.

Steve joined AutoRek's Delivery team in 2017 as a Consultant and then became a Senior Consultant around a year later. In 2019, Steve added Head of Infrastructure to his growing list of titles.

Prior to joining AutoRek, Steve spent 7 years in IT management and database development roles across the private and charitable sectors.

Steve has a keen interest in DevOps practices and process automation, particularly where relevant to AutoRek's SaaS offering.

With a previous 10 years’ experience in the IT Industry, Eduardo joined the AutoRek team in 2017 where he supported the Client Services Team and since 2019, moved to the Delivery Project Team.

Most recent experiences are contributing with AutoRek Training Team which is working towards enhance training experience for all users in different level.

Having joined AutoRek back in 2016 after following the quasi-traditional career path of physics student to applications developer, Jack has gone on to become a Senior Consultant at AutoRek just in time for 2020 and now leads the delivery of several reconciliation projects for big banks and building societies.

Since joining AutoRek in 2015 Marc has been involved in business consulting activities across reconciliations, cash applications and accounts payable assisting the world's largest companies achieve maximum data quality and ROI.

He currently heads up the international sales and partnerships side of the business, increasing the company’s footprint globally.
